We bought few furniture items one of them being a dining set table. What we received was the floor model which has a huge crack on the support of the heavy faux marble top making it a real safety hazard. I contacted landmark and spoke to the owner which informed me that they had no obligation to replace anything and hung on me. Not sure what document or contract they think they may have but I know for sure we never agreed to buy the floor model nor did we waive any type of liability for accepting a table that present a real safety hazard
